This page from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade states that Australia does not recognise a Palestinian state.
However this other article I found says there was a shift to recognise a Palestinian state in august.

Australia’s move to recognise a Palestinian state
The process to recognize statehood is a long and drawn out affair that doesn’t appear to final for Australia. The wiki page on statehood lists them as planning to recognize this month.
