Just out of curiosity, did they discuss how these people living paycheck to paycheck can acquire dividend investments? Also, at the quantities where the dividends might actually pay a water or electricity bill?

Don’t get me wrong, I have a clue and know about much of the things you reference - for example the last 50 years of conflict with Iran was likely a direct result of our meddling in the 1950s.

Fair point. However, $35k invested at age 21 in an IRA has a very good chance of being hundreds of thousands by retirement, and education expenses are lifelong costs as well.
