I recently created a Europe community on lemmy.dbzer0.com to act as an alternative to the Europe community on Feddit.org since that one has had some controversy and is becoming less viable for discussing current events in Europe, especially relating to Israel.

The new community allows much of the same content as on the old one but also allows news and discussions related to the conflict in Israel and disallows genocide apologia (can’t believe I have to advertise this as a feature).     I agree, thank you, I think the Fediverse has immense potential and you are helping defend it while longterm allowing a safer future for Palestinians AND Jews.
