    We (humanity) have been working on this for a few decades, but it is still not cheap enough to produce any usable goods for the proletariet, maybe some industrial use cases might show up soon.

        imagining cops shooting a few thousand dollars worth of disposable expensive material to catch a purse snatching thief. That sounds like a terrible mis-allocation of resources.
