Requires daily potion, if potion is missed or unable to be obtained, stamina is set to 0 and cannot rise until the next potion is taken. You are also Sickened 1 and cannot be rid of this until the next potion is taken.
Spells with a verbal component now require a DC 5 flat check. On a failure, the spell fails and you are Suffocating. The check increases to a DC 11 while in Difficult Terrain.

Sound like me. Except I don’t have enough stamina to go to the wizard to get some potions to negate these debuffs (antidepressants)
