A pregnant teenager, 17, who was shot in a road rage incident has died after giving birth to a premature baby via emergency C-section, authorities have said.
Driving killing machines / operating heavy mahinery should be reserved for adults. An ‘adult’ being someone who is mature enough to not to instigate or escalate these types of situation.
I think both drivers should be banned from driving until they can prove that they are competent to operate heavy machinery.
