    Have you ever tried banana bread? It’s a pretty good way to introduce the banana flavor without eating an actual banana. They do have to be ripe or overripe to make it, but you can’t tell once the bread is baked.

    The secret is to sprinkle it with a thin layer of brown sugar before baking. The sugar caramelizes and makes a sweet and crispy crust for the top.

      That’s so thoughtful! I have had banana bread, and I love it! I’ve never had it with sugar on top, that sounds great!
