If I click report on a post, will this report be sent only to my server admins or the admins of the server that the user is on or the admins of the community that the post was made in?

Reports are federated to the instance where the community is hosted. So community mods and admins of that instance can see them.

I don’t know if it’s a good assumption, but my assumption would be #3.
i’d also like to better understand how reporting works, and it’s not entirely clear to me from the documentation
