Too many chain pizza places man
Not nearly enough local/ mom & pop shops. Pizza should be good first, and then every where. Not everywhere first, and then maybe, good.
I have some fantastic mom & pop shops in my area that I patronize regularly. However, just being a mom & pop pizza shop doesn’t make their pizza good. I’ve spend a lot of money on bad mom & pop shop pizza.
Pieology is nice enough for a quick meal (or 2 given how big they are). I wouldn’t seek them out but it’s not bad.
Facts. I’d much rather spend a couple extra bucks to keep it in the community - I try to avoid chains as much as possible.
