Said “let’s undo everything those before me did” and now someone is telling him it might not look bad for some of those things to move forward.

The move would not legalize or decriminalize marijuana, but it would ease barriers to research and boost the bottom lines of legal businesses.
It’s actually a smart move because if he can do stuff to curb left leaning voters from their motivation to vote then they won’t show up. Democrats across the nation know this and usually make a blitz when weed is on the ballot.
