Not snopes and I honestly have no clue the credibility of the site but I found this on a search https://factually.co/fact-checks/entertainment/hasan-piker-dog-treatment-witnesses-6f72c3 I’d want more proof before I believe that he actually did shock kaya basically.

The collar is a design that has a shock feature. Personally, I feel this is giving a youtube personality far more benefit of the doubt than he deserves.
