    Now see, that’s cool because the controls are actually different. I remember when I was a teenager, I found the equivalent of an owner’s manual for a model T in my public library. And what really amazed me that although it had 3 pedals and appeared to drive like a normal manual transmission car, those 3 pedals actually had different functions. One of those things that got standardized over time I reckon.

      Having throttle and engine timing on the steering column definitely throws people off. Funnily enough it was the first car I ever drove. As a child illegally and only in the empty church parking lot by his house, but still! Haha.
