Print shops usually don’t have solvent printers, which are the type used for outdoor signs and stickers. Look for a sign making business.
If you ask nicely, and explain that you don’t mind waiting until they have a waste space on their print queue, they may charge you very little or nothing.
The reason for the explanation is to let them know that you know that when arranging jobs in the queue there are often waste spaces that they would discard anyway.

A shop that’s been around for ages and is very generous when it comes to adding extra stuff to a big order - our local group is ordering there for many years now: https://www.ixsoft.de/cgi-bin/web_store.cgi (see “Fan-Artikel” then “Aufkleber” - yes, the website looks dated, I know)
If you want to go for a large print, I suggest vectorizing Tux or finding a vector image so you can get it to any size.
