That was a completely false rumor that spread like wildfire because people like you will believe anything they read.

I know absolutely nothing about breakdancing, but I do know that the clips I saw from the Olympics were embarrassing and shameful for any team. I don’t know why she was there, but it was clear she shouldn’t have been.

At least Eddie the Eagle displayed courage and dedication, even though he locked ability.

Now if you told me that she was doing it as a protest to vividly demonstrate the corruption and lack of values of the Olympic system, I could go along with that.

When it’s the first event for anything, you’re not going to get the best. That’s just the fact of the matter. Some are going to sit out, some aren’t going to hear about it at all, some just won’t want to participate because it’s the IOC. And sometimes athletes just have a bad day. As plenty of actual breakers have pointed out, she’s not that bad, she was having a bad day. It’s pretty clear that memes are doing overtime on spreading misinformation this year.

Why would you make such a strawman argument? I was replying to a comment that she was not worthy of representing her country at the Olympics in breakdancing.

We all saw the results. However she got there was shameful.
