Letting a taker take even once just teaches them they can take and move on to the next victim. People need to prove themselves as trustworthy before giving them anything. Offer them something relatively small like buying lunch. If they don’t hesitate to take it then they’re takers. Someone who won’t refuse at least twice has no qualms about taking for nothing. But I just don’t associate with people enough to allow them the chance to even try.

I was using it until boost came out. Swiping was extremely sensitive (no idea of they fixed it) and it would crash because it kept wanting to swipe both left and right and would just have a seizure. I wish joey were available…

Or by browsing from your data plan, or refreshing your ip address. Unless you pull a static ip for which you pay for a dynamic one is going to change. Just power cycle the modem and it’ll likely change. Sometimes it takes a few tries or leave it disconnected for a bit.
Most people don’t have the capacity so it makes them angry and mistrustful of anything that’s perceived to be “smart”. Maybe if one is a true intellectual they can make dumb down these concepts so that they can at least get a basic understanding of them.

And for most people that day never comes and THAT’S PERFECTLY FINE. It is horrifying that something as extreme as creating a human from nothing is seen as something that people should just do. Baffling.
While there’s definitely a lot of crap on there I’ve gotten pretty good at picking out stuff that’s good for the price. I got this magnetic phone case and wallet combo and was actually baffled it was comparable to something I’d buy at say Macy’s or something. Nothing fancy but well made and cheap. And it didn’t explode. But I see most people have trouble with it including my SO. He will buy stuff sometimes and it’s just trash. The Amazon brand stuff though is surprisingly good and we had swarn not to buy anything that said Amazon on it lol. Oh well.
There’s a good chance he has something going on causing him to have a distorted perception if reality. I deal with a lot of people like this who have paranoid delusions and often seem manic in the manor demonstrated in this post. What exactly have they done to treat it so far?
