Okay, but are we amazing in that we can eat almost anything that is clean and fresh, or that we can handle unclean things filled with bacteria/ other unpleasantness?
My impression is that it’s the first, we can have a very varied diet unlike most other animals who are a bit more specialised (or in some cases very specialised), but my dog regularly eats things that would turn my stomach inside out.
True, but humans are like the shittiest omnivores. They need to cook their food to digest it properly. Pigs have no such weakness, they root around in the dirt and eat whatever they find with no issue.
Unlikely, pigs are omnivores, their stomachs are iron
I’d call it a pyrrhic victory at best. It’s like if Ukraine got Russia to use their nukes on them and there was no response from the rest of the world. Sure, you got them to use their strongest weapon, but you still got nuked and they’ll continue as usual.
That is one hell of an accusation to throw out with literally zero evidence
For a couple hundred million a year i think i could deal with it. For like, one year, and then retire.
You reminded me i had forgotten to respond to a question, thank you.
Good bot, getting people to read more
You mean like daredevil?
And i think you’re a bit behind the times
This article from SVT is about police students, not actual police. Clearly not the source for the original article.
If by “be fine” you mean “survive”, then yes, almost certainly. We’ve already killed of a lot of it though and are on track to kill much much more. Something doesn’t need to be completely gone for it to be possible to mourn the parts that were lost.
While that may be true, the title and article act as if the US is the world, as if “the most humane dairy farms” in the US are the most humane dairy farms in the world, which is clearly not even remotely close to the truth.
Thank you, refuse to click on a shit-ass clickbait title.
It’s part of the Americas, and more specifically South America, but just America typically refers to the US.
