I agree with you. Standard tactics with this sort of shit. Say you’ll do something outrageous and when folks get mad enough roll back your plans enough that don’t quite fuck over users as hard. Repeat ad infinitum. Users think they’ve won but in reality they’ve given up another inch.

True. With the limited data we have we can estimate when it will get really bad, but humans are if nothing, resilient.

Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Speaking of which I’m starting to feel comfortable enough suggesting Linux as an OS for folks looking for a PC. It’s nice, because it really brings old PCs to life. If say my older parent wanted a computer I could buy a decent used one and just slap Mint on there and it would suit their needs.

Same here. Just under 1300 hours in Rocket League. Quit after the move to Epic. I’m sure the community is fine, but in my opinion it’s on a downward trend now.

Good weekend so far. Worked on code all weekend and made some definite progress. Can’t seem to get the final bit of Assembly working. Joined Lemmy on Friday and it is nice to be here. I promised myself I wouldn’t lurk this time around as I would like to see instances grow.
