The other bit i wonder as well is were they want wanting to put so much money in cause inflation risk as well as their is no supply at the moment for building. We have had a bunch of companies go bust and the ones who are still going are years behind cause they still cannot get enough supplies. Also massive shortage of builders, plumbers, electricians.

Is it a case of sure we can give you billions of dollars to build a house but in 5 years time when we have not even come close to the target everyone is going to jump on us for it. So do you start small and then work your way up ?

IIRC AI images are generated based on the data thats been fed and existing works to make them come out correctly. AI is just reinforcing in our own interpritation on what we as a collective see as “beautiful”
