I am totaly with you on that. That fact that those zones did improve the air quality would be a reason for me to keep them.

Yep sounds absurd. As I unterstand it the problem is that you need a reason for 30 km/h zones. The reason was the air quality which is now better so there is no reason anymore. Some zones may be kept because the streets are used by school kids.
I think this is still absurd and good 30 km/h zones with synced traffic lights can yield a good traffic flow.
I used a usb-c external SSD drive. Worked like a charm and I even could run starcitizen from that with no remarkable performance drop. Once I was settled with linux I just installed the external SSD internally.
Some other sideloaded apps work but everything with a map seems to be blocked. I had EV charging apps not show in Android auto.
Learned the hard way that android auto compatibility (on GrapheneOS) works only with the playstore Version of an app because andoid auto checks the install source. Thats the same gatekeeping at play…
Thanks I hate it.
I use backrest selfhostet on my server running yunohost. It is pretty much set and forget. I love it.
German Linux Magazin from 2005.
If you can install Windows and Linux in separate harddrives / SSD. That makes live easier compared to duelboot from the same harddrive.
For some time I had Linux on a USB-C ssd. I even run starcitizen from that without much problems. After some time i just installed the external SSD as second hardrive.
Not using other social media annymore. Lemmy was my first introduction to the fediverse. Now I am also using Mastodon and experiment with a hubzilla hub on my homeserver.
Nuclear power is much more expensive than renewable power. Also nuclear ist not that good to regulate to compensate for swings in renewable power. And if you downregulate the nuclear power it gets even more expensive. Building new nuclear plants takes ages so renewable can be much easier scaled up. Combined with batteries the unsteady renewable power will be a lesser problem.
The outphasing of nuclear power was a bit early but in the Ende needed.
Also france Bad massive problems with their nuclear power in the summer because of a lack of cooling water.
Yep thanks Yahoo, disgusting… Donated some so that they can pay the employes and thinking about getting a metager key.
That qualifies for an extra big tip from me.
Very nice. Searched some time for a GW replacement but none fullfilled my needs like this!
Bitwarden keeps a local encrypted copy of the database and only connects to the server for synchronisation.
What about locus maps? I did not look into the location sharing but there are many options according to https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:functions:share. It is a paid App but it is really great. I use it all the time for hiking.
Edit: There is also owntracks (https://owntracks.org/) which loggs your location history. The Website can than be shared with whom you like.
I think you are missunderstanding me. I am totally for 30 km/h zones! What I said above is a official rule for where you can establish 30 km/h zones.
Is it a dumb rule: yes!
