There’s a camp in the bushes behind our local bar. The bar is near a boat harbor as well so there’s water faucets where they usually shower. It’s a relatively small camp with about a dozen or so residents.

He proposed a shitty Art Park on Lanai, the island he bought the majority of, and wanted to set up surveillance to stop “vandals”.
Worked on the plumbing for the fountains he wanted to building. Those surveillance measures never came to be, yet…
My In-Laws house has some BAD juju for sure.
-Had an uncle pass away in it
-Multiple pets run over in the driveway
-Bad experiences living there when we moved back home and we looking for a place
-Bonus Room flooded MULTIPLE due to MIL not understanding how retaining walls work.
Just a cursed place in general and I’m glad I’m nowhere near that house.
Napoleon Dynamite, loved that movie in High school and it’s been a comfort movie ever since. Funny and easily quotable, it’s a staple in my house.
“You’re very handsome for an Asian man.” - My girlfriend’s mom
Just one of those that confirms someone’s biases.
Doing my taxes.

My personal all time great is Burnout Paradise or the OG Gran Turismo because of the many hours I spent on that on the original PlayStation.
Worked at an old job where one guy, that had access to the router settings, would disable the Blink Cameras so he could forge his time cards.
Owners ended up realizing the cameras would only be disabled when he was on shift.
Definitely the API debacle.
Sync stopping development and switching to Lemmy brought me with it.
Content here is robust enough for me to mostly keep me off the other guy. Just been waiting for a few more niche communities to make their way over here to be perfect.
I have a nostalgic attachment to the Nintendo GameCube. It was the first console I bought with my own money and I spent possibly THOUSANDS of hours on that thing.
Hit the gym brother. Instead of starting my work out journey now in my 30s.
I was fortunate enough to have had a fast metabolism through out my 20s but starting a workout habit earlier would’ve helped maintain it better.
I can be on here a LOT less than other apps and not feel like I’m addicted. I jump on to post a couple of things and scroll for a few minutes and I feel like I’m good for the day.
2 copies. One for work. One for Personal life. One for spare parts.
But if they have individualism then I will assume a fight will eventually break out.
Not me but when my wife was pregnant, the scene in Homeward Bound where Sassy is swept away in the river left her in tears. She stopped the movie and never watched it again lol.
It was one of those early Gateway computers that were in a lot of households by the end of the 90s. No clue on the specs, as I was only in elementary school and was only interested in playing CD-ROM demos that came with the computer. But it did spark my interest in computers ever since.
Wondering if he was under the influence considering he drowned… Fuck. RIP…
