Even if the game is well received, if it doesn’t make more money than the last game, then the studio is shuttered, and you’ll never see an official sequel. You’ll be stuck waiting for an indie dev or original dev on kickstarter to come along 5-10 years later, maybe even more.

Not all games will be like that. Some will have the game on them. Street Fighter, Elden Ring, and Bravely Default are examples of a few that will be key cards. Oddly, I heard that Cyperpunk will be entirely on the cartridge.

More “they swapped ideals” a long time ago.

During the last election, billboards had signs up in my area saying exactly that: Republicans ended slavery blah blah blah. They just bank on the wide populace to not know the history of the parties.

Let us not forget: it was the Democrat Party that once supported the formation of the KKK, pushed Jim Crow laws, and defended slavery

They like to conveniently forget that the parties had a flip. So yes, while the democrats IN NAME pushed all that abhorrent ideals, those democrats are the Republicans today.

Wife and I got our daughter a “smart” watch. It’s mostly just a phone that can only call and text certain numbers. Has a camera for short videos and pictures. We turn it into school mode during school. It’s basically a test for her getting a real phone down the line.

I wonder if that’s their plan. Get shot, then get to shoot at people and have more excuses to do what they’ve been doing.
