Nope, and even if there was it would be from Russian sources so you couldn’t really trust it anyway. Kremlin says they had nothing to do with the plane crash either, but, you know.

In a way they are as there is no “men only” tournaments. There is open for all, and a few women only. You just won’t see any women in the open for all tournaments as they fail to qualify so ending the womens tournaments would just result in having no female competitors at all.
Having the current best female chess player, Hou Yifan, be at rank 55 and be the third woman ever to be in the top 100, while the second best woman, Aleksandra Goryachkina, is at rank 347, doesn’t exactly paint a very gender-balanced playing field.
Youtube knows I have subscribed to 515 channels, I have liked 2364 videos and favourited 685. It already floods the recommended videos with others based on "Users who follow\ enjoy videos of ".
They for sure do not require my watch history to be able to recommend videos to me.
Model X is called that because he wanted the models to spell SEXY - but Ford still owns “Model E” so he had to go with S3XY instead.
I purged my feed from over 150 subs I would spend the first and last few hours each day browsing and commenting from my bed to less than 20 I lurk every few days from my pc, almost all of which are gaming communities with no fediverse replacements.
Not OP, but back when I used Surfshark it had the ability to allow bypassing the VPN only for certain programs, IPs or URLs.
I mostly used it to get less latency with online games or getting access to them in the first place as often I’d encounter login servers that just didn’t work though a VPN.
Pro tip, hitting enter while typing alt text on kbin will not add a helpful line break like I reflexively want to do, it will submit the unfinished post =_=;;
I’ve encountered enough websites and programs that do that to have developed a reflex to hit shift+enter pretty much whenever I want to make a linebreak in any text box these days.
Yes. Kbin is federated with basically every Lemmy instance that exists, so you can use Kbin to view, comment and post to other Fediverse instances.
You can kinda think of Kbin as being a Lemmy instance with a different paintjob (it isn’t, but from a user perspective it’s not that far off): Kbin user wants to read/comment/post to Beehaw.org Gaming community? https://kbin.social/m/gaming@beehaw.org. Beehaw user wants to comment to Kbin Tech Magazine? https://beehaw.org/c/tech@kbin.social
Now I want someone to create an entirely pointless version of Wavacity running with Electron.
