Just try not to go off the deepend and spend a month at the bottom of a bottle/bag like I did, that shit only postpones the bounce back.

Instead try taking walks, playing games, reading or working out, IE healthy distractions and work your way in to sitting with yourself and understanding how you feel and who you are after this job.
