I briefly looked at it and the coverage of games is crazy. I think I even saw the Skyrim multiplayer mod

I don’t have many on PC, but basically any TT Lego Game comes to mind, along with Sackboy a Big Adventure and The Escapist 2. That’s like a decent 75% of my splitscreen PC library though lol
I’d kill for more modern splitscreen games, especially on PC
The legacy console editions of Minecraft have always done a good job in my opinion as a tutorial. It’s hard to skip it (or at least was for me) and it really walks you through the basics. Then you have the choice of learning more or just… going out and playing minecraft
The post launch QOL updates are giving me major No Man’s Sky vibes. Maybe it’s just because they’re both Sci-Fi though
Someone else had mentioned it was hidden by default, but also gave instructions on how to turn it back off. I must have turned it on at one point when messing around with settings and just forgotten, either that or one of the few times i’ve loaned the profile to close friends they turned it on
If there’s a demo i might give it a try. Usually the issue for me with Souls games is less the difficulty and more so just it’s rare for me to get used to the control scheme. There have been some exceptions though and i’m always down to give a new thing a try. So the demo probably won’t hurt me
Oh damn, i can’t believe i never found these settings with how often i mess with mine. Thanks! I’ve been itching to lose those for a while but figured it just wasn’t an option
I remember seeing people get miffed about them toning down how horny it was when it launched.
I was almost considering giving it an earnest try in some capacity or another after seeing a decent chunk of people praise it outside of it just being horny, but if it’s a souls like it’s probably not for me
Rarely I’ll see something that I’ll go “that sounds like an interesting concept for a game” and then click on it and it’s just porn. It kills a lot of interest I have in using steam to discover new games because a decent chunk of them turns out to be porn
A dumping ground is really all my Fallout settlements turned out to be anyways lol. Every once and a while I’ll see an idea I want to recreate but usually I just end up slapping some chests down and walking away
How is it compared to Fallout 4’s settlement building? I was assuming they’d use a similar system to that
I’ll have to give it a try if I end up enjoying it. I’m not much of a Star Wars fan outside of the prequels but it would be cool to see it with the engine
I might look into that mod. I heard the repetition of the dungeons is particularly rough, but I was planning to leave it because I honestly don’t really care for Bethesda Dungeons anyways. After the second dungeon my brain just defaults too “okay. When will this be over”. But It sounds like RNG extends outside of the dungeons too, so I might look into the mod
Ive avoided spoilers of the main story but i am excited! Sci-fi is a genre i really love (even though i really should explore more of it) so I’m really excited to see more of it
I’ve been excited to give it a try since launch, so much so I’ve avoided spoilers. I’ve heard the dungeons are all kind of iffy, but to be honest (and I know this is heresy) Bethesda dungeons aren’t usually my favorite part of the game anyways
I’ve been playing PS3 edition with younger siblings lately in my free time and i know what you mean. Frames can sometimes drop like crazy
i’ve always been bad at keeping a specific order lol. Usually it’s whatever order it gets in my hotbar in and it stays there
I played at 1080P and Medium Settings with Raytracing on low and it ran at around 60 FPS. I hear there’s a mod to disable Ray Tracing though that makes it run a lot smoother, especially on Steam Deck. I believe the benchmark i heard with the mod was around 60 FPS on low on Steam Deck.
I think borderlands 3 is the only one borderlands I haven’t played at some point lol. I’ll have to pick it up at some point
