That could be an issue with your instance being overloaded. I have similar issues with lemmy.ml through Jerboa and the website.

Was looking at Peertube earlier, but it seems much harder to pick an instance than it was with Lemmy or Mastodon for me.

I’ve really like Budgie the few times I tried it. If they can get Wayland working at some point in the future I’ll definitely try it again.
