Huh, I completely forgot about that, we should keep it for the entire year then.

And if those are their expectations going forward they can keep their position. Imagine doing twice that much every day.
That last part is a nightmare
I like winter but the daylight savings nonsense sucks, I don’t want it to get dark even earlier, it’s all backwards.
Modding as in installing mods or making mods? I’m down for both tbh.
The biggest red flag is how all over the place the task is. They were trying to test every single thing they could come up with at the same time.
I had an interview where they asked me to set up 3 micro services (with full functionality), a Kafka broker, a frontend and to configure everything to run on Kubernetes.
According to them this would take “more or less 4 hours” and those hours would obviously not be paid.
I’m still not sure whether they were just trying to get free work out of people or if their expectations for what a software engineer is supposed to do in half a day are completely absurd.
I only use Discord because modding communities are there, not because I like the app, it’s ass.
Thank you! I couldn’t stand to hear this anti mitochondria slander.
There’s another season?

Yeah, I’ve been only to Sydney and Melbourne and don’t remember seeing that, but I might be wrong.
Never seen this myself. Where are you from? It might be a regional thing.
I left with the 3rd party app ban, Reddit’s quality had been dropping steadily for a while at that point and now I couldn’t even use an app that worked.
The official Reddit app stopped working for me altogether early last year, with comment sections taking upwards of a minute to load.
I still use Reddit for specific gaming communities that I check from time to time, since they don’t exist here on Lemmy.
Dragon Age Origins, I hate the combat and the story never grabbed me, I felt like an errand boy.
I really like the food, movies and most people I’ve met from India are extremely nice.
What I don’t like is the huge inequality, treatment of women and the lack of hygiene in the big cities.
It’s definitely a country that has been on it’s way up for a while now, things could be really good for India in the future.
Pretty much nothing you said is conservative except your views on immigration.
Immigrants are also not unskilled workers, a lot of countries only accept people with degrees or useful skills unless they are refugees.
The devil’s hands are idle playthings
That’s the name, right?
