It is actually possible to use BTRFS with Windows. I’ve had some success using this tool between Linux and Windows, it can do in-place conversions of an NTFS drive if you need as well.
I was a paid Neeva user as well and signed up a few months before it shut down. I’m pretty dissappointed because search results felt almost as usable as Google’s. Other solutions like SearX have been hit or miss from my experience, so I’m giving a selfhosted instance of LibreX a try.
I tried NixOS too, and their docs are horrible for new users. I found myself looking for anything but the docs to get started. I decided to stay with my EndeavorOS install.
