A strongly worded letter
If “strongly condemn” is a 6, nuclear first strike has no business being a 10, I’m pretty sure there are a few steps you missed in the middle there.
Not only do they bite, they are venomous. So if one does manage to bite you, it will hurt like a bitch.
On the other hand, one will most likely not bite you.
This is going to be a boring answer but I use neovim. I do use it as my ide as well but it’s so fast and lightweight that when I need to edit a random config file or something, I just start another instance of it.
Did you read the article? The legislation steadily increases the legal age limit so that kids don’t get hooked on tobacco in the first place. No one will have to “quit cold turkey”.
One of the biggest issues with the war on drugs is that it criminalizes the use of certain drugs. This doesn’t do that.
As for your claim about a black market and a mafia:
we have already taken steps to reduce smoking rates. This includes providing 1 million smokers in England with free vape kits via our world-first ‘swap to stop’ scheme
They’re still providing people with tobacco, just a less-deadly kind. Comparing that to the war on drugs is ridiculous. The point of the war on drugs isn’t to get people to quit using dangerous drugs recreationally, every reasonable person wants that. The point of it is to control minorities and poor people. That’s absolutely not what’s happening here.
None of this is to defend Sunak btw, he’s a broken clock that happens to be right in this instance.
Whichever your favorite one is, that’s the most overrated one

I’m so glad I’m not working in an industry that requires me to be beholden to that garbage company.
I’ve never used arch but I’ve used it’s documentation quite a bit, it’s really useful
Time to move to FreeBSD
Alternative plan: why not use gecko? I know it’s more work to do so, but I would call that the lesser of two evils at this point.
Thank you, trying that now
Your tinnitus will get progressively louder until you pay your bill
I accidentally uninstalled the visual cortex drivers and now I can’t use my eyes to reinstall, any help is appreciated
Pulseaudio and pipewire are kind of like audio drivers (not exactly but anyway). Let’s say you’re running spotify and discord. They both send their audio to pipewire. You can then use pipewire to control how loud each one is. It also supports more complex use cases like if you’re streaming, you can hook up the spotify output and your microphone mixed together into discord’s input so that the mixed audio will be streamed.
Pipewire is newer and basically replaces another system called jack that did the same thing for pulseaudio.
The graph shows chrome slowly getting better too
Depending on where you live, it might be nice to see a lot more of what’s around you on a bike. It’s similar to OP’s idea of getting lost in the flow of a competitive sport. You get lost looking at all the places that pass you by. You can take random routes each time and learn the city around you pretty well. It doesn’t hurt to have your headphones in and listen to an audiobook while you’re doing this either.
I never really got into running because it’s so much slower than biking. You will see a fraction of what you see on a bike, so I think it probably gets boring quicker. Plus it puts more strain on your joints.
I peddle that to my coworkers for no other reason than because I don’t know how to deal with Windows garbage when they run into a problem. It’s more for my sanity than anything else.
A similar option is https://spike.news/ which I’ve been using for the past couple years.
