I both love and hate your use of the thorn character. Keep doing you you beautiful bastard.

Like those platforms aren’t already full of AI garbage as well. Training new models will require a cut-off date before the genie was let out of the bottle.
I’m using it on my laptop as well, but that doesn’t go with me everywhere. Removing it from my phone removes that instant temptation.
That at least requires more effort than a single tap. Assuming you don’t just have a shortcut on your homescreen.
In the link it specifically states the person wasn’t harmed (somehow). Unless there was a new development in the story this is false. ACAB and all that but we can’t spread misinformation.
That’s just what happens when you read something really funny. Don’t go to the ER cause you definitely don’t have something life threatening happening to you. You can trust me my sister is a doctor.
Security through obscurity isn’t security.
I think you could list the instances/communities its been posted to in order of: ones you’re subbed to, ones in your instance, and finally the rest. All in alphabetical order. Obviously would want some options to change aspects to fit people’s preferences/needs.
Companies do share data either directly or indirectly, so I don’t think your approach of spreading it out is as effective as you think it is. Still not the worst thing to do in addition to other measures though. Another thing is to use a unique email address for each site to make that one common data point no longer common.
Ballsy to use a 2nd language as a sarcastic reply to someone correcting grammar.
The site needs to cool it with the cool effects and just display the damn text of the article.
That’s not an issue inherent to Firefox and anyone that cares enough to block cookies usually has the know-how of how to re-enable them for a specific page.
Considering OPs response I don’t expect actual discussion, but as a person that doesn’t like most anime tropes what would people consider a good anime that doesn’t fall into the usual trappings? Even if it’s a popular answer my experience is very limited and would love to find the diamonds in the rough.
It’s definitely a rule that can be taken so far that it is counterproductive, but I think it’s good practice to thbk about how I could use something other than a raw string ( even if it’s just a constant defined somewhere )
Cause it’s good to know of something is an installed package at a glance. I also imagine it would reduce the risk of accidentally overwriting your own scripts if the packages happen to have the same name as your local scripts.
Well I guess if you need scripts to work in a mixed Windows/Linux environment that makes sense. On the other hand the few times I have to touch powershell it’s so verbose and cryptic at the same time, so I think I’ll stick with bash personally.
Is the secret the penguin walk?
It’s getting into the realm of law where the answer is almost always “it depends”
Fair point. I think I’m just too used to dealing with the bullshit of building the packages myself cause I find it fun. Definitely not viable for commercial use.
Fucker has to learn somehow. Maybe I should start storing my wires in soap.
