2·1 year agoI tried to used a de-googled smartphone with custom rom installed (LineageOS) year ago. However, some apps, like banking apps insist me to install from Play Store or the app will not run, at all. I was forced to switch back to my old phone with Google on it.
I still have that de-googled phone on hand, it is a Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
