If Russia controls the entire supply of Bitcoin (which is what you’re saying) then why would anyone with USD want to buy it? At that point, being owned by Russia entirely, it’s just a Russian currency.
The whole supposed attraction of Bitcoin is that it’s not a government currency, and the supply isn’t controlled by a central bank. Ethereum has additional uses to that, but that’s still one of the prime factors as well.
The government you’re talking about can print money at will.

Vox is a minority party, and are not going to win the general. The danger is only they’d be put into a coalition with the center right party, PP.
And that’s looking much less likely - Sanchez and the center-left aren’t overly popular, but opposition to the Iran War and the US in general is massively popular. Vox is the only party that’s been dumb enough to support Trump over Spain (ironic for supposed nationalists), and it’s going to cost them. Even the remnants of the Falange are breaking with them on this.

Fiat has value because the government demands taxes in it. If you don’t pay your taxes, they put you in jail.
