I’m both really excited and worried about the part where AI takes over so many jobs that enough people will be without work. I wonder how society will deal with that, will everyone get a proper base “salary” for existing or will there be huge refuge-like camps for the poor jobless people?
I use this so much for work and it makes it so much simpler to share anything from pictures to parts of a OneNote notebook!
Someone told me that dfyx is a kind and gentle soul and sticks to the issue. Not sure if true, but many people are saying it.
Aye, I’m using Jerboa and the searching is a bit unpolished. You can find communities here though: https://browse.feddit.de/
I’m exaggerating a bit, I think Lemmy still is “too complicated” for a lot of Reddit users, and that will keep Reddit alive. It’ll be difficult for users to stop using reddit when they can’t find a equivalent super obscure community on Lemmy.
I’ll probably end up lurking on reddit for a while still…
Wow, there’s so many new things to play with! Never heard of PeerTube before, but excited about the idea of a federated YouTube challenger!

Tried all kinds of plug-ins, currently using ublock, no-script, privacy badger, bloody vikings!, Bitwarden and… I guess that’s more or less it.
I do have to use Edge a bit for work, just because of some systems that doesn’t really work on Firefox and I don’t want to use Chrome.
I was the same as a kid, then I got used to sleeping with some light and haven’t needed to block out lights since. However, I recently bought a weighted mask and omg I seriously recommend that! I really feel like I sleep a lot better with it on, wake up more rested. Could be placebo of course, but I don’t think it is.
