Also most wheat goes to China. 2/3 goes to developing countries.
The bigger problem is that many of the small bombs don’t detonate. Russian cluster bombs have a dud rate of up to 40%, American ones about 2.5%. They lie on the surface and are therefore a danger to the civilian population, even in the future.
Sorry, obviously not from the US. Is a week per year every year without energy common in rural areas? In Germany that would be outrages. On the other hand, Germany is small compared to the US.
