Calling it AI is a compliment because it’s so incredibly stupid. For three of the four built-in closets you can’t reach half the stuff. The kitchen island in the middle of everything with a sink in it. The endless, useless corridors. The lack of daylight (each room gets a window and they all face in the same direction - genius). The door from the bathroom that opens into the door into the bedroom.

It looks like an AI layout that someone put into some rendering software and cleaned up a little bit. It is absolute shit.

That’s kinda the thing with ray tracing. You can save a lot of work but since you want your game available for gamers that don’t have the hardware you still have to do that work…

I’m expecting the next PlayStation to focus on ray tracing to set it apart in the market. They have the volume and it would be good for their exclusive titles.
