I disagree. It’s easy if you want to use a community as your personal blog without any interaction from others. It’s hard to get an actual community running.

Some of them will, but not over night. Take MySpace as an example, it fizzled out after losing relevance. YouTube might die one day just like MySpace and nobody will notice, because nobody used it in ages at that point. Wikipedia is a community project, maybe one day someone there fucks up and some people will start a fork that becomes more popular than the original. I’m sure there are already some Wikipedia forks, but at the moment nobody cares about those.

Han refers to the Han river, which flows through Seoul. It barely borders North Korea, but it’s north of the river, so the name Bukhan works in a way. Joseon is a reference to a historic name of Korea from the Joseon dynasty. It refers to the entirety of the Korean peninsula, not the best name to refer to just North Korea. Similar with the name Korea which comes from Goryeo, the name of unified Korea before the Joseon era.

Someone else wrote it already, for a decoy all you need is a transmitter. The complexity is the receiver not necessarily the transmitter, no fancy antennas or signal processing required. You can make decoys that are much cheaper than this.
