I read in the news that the driver of the car was dragged out of the car and shot by bystanders.
What do you think happens when a car backfires?
My guess is that was someone who was in the car, which could be responsible for the erratic driving that resulted in such a horrific situation. That’s just a guess, though.
I think I read that the vehicle was driving in the opposite direction of the hospital.
It was a Nissan driver of course.
But the title says the vehicle did it
