NEW YORK—The Trump administration and its radical right foot-soldiers in the federal government and in the states are undertaking a comprehensive scheme to undermine future state and federal elections, in effect rigging the rolls to keep themselves in power no matter what the voters decide.
And the Earth won’t disappear if we do nothing about global warming. It will just become uninhabital for human life.
So sure, the land mass will still exist, but maybe raise the bar a little bit…
I mean, I know this isn’t the point, but humans won’t go extinct then either.
Right. There will be small desperate colonies trying to figure out how to survive underground/in space, but humans won’t be extinct.
Raise. The fucking. Bar. A little.
This resigned nihilism is why we’re here in this situation, wishing we could smack people like you through the screen somehow.
