I recently saw an ad for biscoff and I was surprised that people would eat them randomly. The only time I ever eat biscoff is on a plane when the flight attendant gives me some. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love them but I rarely think about it as something I can just go buy in a store. Seeing the ad was so jarring because to me it doesn’t feel like something I should eat a lower altitudes

Pick some fresh berries from my balcony planter. Do a little happy dance while eating them.

    I’m a 50+ y/o man.

I love this for you. What kind of plant is it? I’m slowly building my own balcony garden.

Wild strawberries grow small and give very tasty little fruits. They are easy to grow on a balcony though quite dramatic and need plenty of water when there is sun and heat. First year they didn’t give almost any fruit but second year on I have a handful of harvest daily all of late summer. Very satisfying.

I’ve tried having small bushes of goose berries but they got hit with mildew, probably because there wasn’t enough exchange of air.

Try different things, see what works where you are.
