Donald Trump has offered Eric Adams a job in his administration, apparently to convince him to drop out of New York’s mayoral race. It’s now official and out in the open: Andrew Cuomo is allying with Trump to beat Zohran Mamdani.
Because establishment Dems are working toward the same goal as Republicans with the added benefit of making things appear legitimate by offering controlled opposition. Democratic mayor Adams time is up and now he’s going to work directly for the Trump administration so they want to replace him with someone similar.
Isn’t Trump deeply unpopular in New York City?
I don’t see how this helps him, especially since there’s already a republican running.
