I had a Home Econ teacher in secondary school that had the same thing. She had to use a mic+speaker just to do lectures. When she was my mother’s teacher her voice was fine.

I’m a little surprised at how long RFK Jr. can prattle on. My home ec teacher limited her speaking as much as reasonable; she said she got sore throats easily from speaking too much.
