I figured out my issue with Sydney. It’s a kind of uncanny valley effect.
It kind of looks like Melbourne enough that it throws you off.

Lot of mushroom! It was fantastic! And garlic and beef. The in laws ordered the meat lovers set so there was a bunch of rib-eye and Wagyu goodness.
In still a little vego at heart and smashed the shrooms, edamame, cucumber/seaweed and bean shoots lol there was a plate of sashimi and miso cod which was divine.

Day spa experience was top notch tbh. The place was nice and quiet and the massage was freaking phenomenal (no hinkey shit either). I even braved the cold plunge. There’s an individual bathing room which was actually so fun, though I did feel like human soup - at least the water is constantly running so I didn’t need to worry about being in Other People Soup. Free snacks and drinks and even tea eggs in the cafeteria!
Would recommend Ariyma! (but also don’t go because I liked how quiet it was)
Followed by dinner at Ishiya, it’s been a hell of a decadent day.

Called medical cannabis place this morning to hassle them as still no update after i was told my order would be sent on Tuesday. They apologised, they messed up and I can go get my stuff today, plus they will give me small refund. I’m ok with that but they need a work on their processes jeez.

It really depends on the provider. The one I use, is very quick and efficient. A friend used someone else and their deliveries were hit and miss.
Yeah mine failed to notify me that something was out of stock and I needed to adjust my order. Two weeks later I called up and got it moving again. Kind of reminds me of dealing with useless dealers though.

So I went to the shoe store and tried the size down, way too small. So I try on mine, with these socks they feel a lot better. Left foot is a little loose, but maybe some inserts will help with that. I was going in expecting to live a Curb scene and instead I came out with what I went in with? I don’t know if that’s worse, but I could still find a way to make this weird
