Funniest one I saw was that Melbourne will loose its reputation as sports capital of Australia. Oh sure, the public will refuse to attend all other sports now because the commonwealth games are cancelled.

Can really tell how biased some of the network stations are. Not even 24 hours and rolling out the doom and gloom and political campaigning.

for the tv stations it’s lost revenue from broadcast/replay rights and ad fees , that would be 100s of millions
