Has anyone got an oil spray bottle? Gimme a review please.

I am after a refillable oil spray bottle like this decor one but at $13 I want it to work. Big w and kmart have cheaper ones but again if it doesn’t work properly it’s a waste of money.

decor one from woolies is pretty sweet, but you want to either use it heavily or semi-regularly clear it 'cos oils be oils and good at gumming

That’s what I’ve been doing but I’d like to try a spray bottle preferably one that doesn’t leak or stop working altogether.

use the shit in a can

Flashback to the time I was a little bit of a pyro and I accidentally set my bedroom curtains on fire with a can of spray oil and a match when I was 9 then threw the curtains out the window to get rid of the evidence only for them to land on the roof outside my window meaning I had to climb out the window and balance on shitty tiles on the second floor roof retrieving then so I didn’t get in trouble… Good times.

They’re a bit of a hassle to refill. I use it with the air fryer. The first time, I just plopped oil into it and the oil went bad - mold ir similar.

I now bake the bottle in the oven like I’m going to make jam before filling it in as sterile a way as possible. Once done though, it does last a while, maybe 6 months.

I bought the spray thingy at one of House’s monthly closing down sales. Or maybe it was a stocktake sale? I dunno what the excuse was, but definitely a sale. It was somewhere between $10 and $15.

My mum swears by this old “Koh” brand cleaning spray bottle - I think she got it at one of those MLM parties a while back. If you’ve got family who got suckered into buying some Koh stuff it might be worth a shot asking around?
