@SaneMartigan@aussie.zone I read out what you wrote to my dad and he is now massaging the extensor compartment of his forearm with a deodorant can and a massage roller. Also has the forearm strap on.

Thanks for the advice! I really appreciate it.

    Are you a physio perchance?

I’ve got a myotherapy degree I don’t use much so I’m happy to see someone get some value from it.

He should consider using the rounded edge corner on the base of the deodorant can to work the muscles rather than any rolling pin type motion. It’s using the gua-sha technique from Chinese medicine about scraping the tissue. Its said to help release fascial adhesions / attachments which there are a lot of in the forearm because there are many little muscles than can sort of stick to each other. I don’t have any science to reference that to, another reason why I’m not working in the field.

I find picking the first thing to do and writing a time estimate for each thing helps too. If I know something will only be 15 minuted its much easier to approach when low energy.

I haven’t had any age verification requests across any platforms that I use. The only way I really know about the ban is seeing discussions here (I did message Molly though). But given I’m here, fb, insta, twitch, reddit, YT, discord… though I guess some of my accounts are so old they probably automatically pass.

The email I got from reddit about it essentially just said: if we find out you’re 16, you’ll be banned. Nothing about proactively providing anything to prove you’re over 16

Nah he doesn’t like to leave the apartment. When he was a kitten, he rushed out the front door and found himself in the building hallway. He was in front of the giant windows that look out to the city and his eyes were saucers 😂 he has never tried again haha

If you’ve got someone you can coopt into a Woolies run for you the Dari brand of soups is really yum and pretty natural ingredients…I lived on the chicken soup and the lentil soup when I had the 'rona. In the fridge section

Chicken stock, shredded roast chook, and can of creamed corn make a quick and tasty chicken and corn soup. Add some tiny pasta shapes too if you like.
